Tsunami Diorama

This is a photo of Aceh’s Tsunami Diorama taken by Trisna when we visited Aceh Tsunami Museum, Aceh, Indonesia. The diorama, I forgot who made it, portrait the condition of the beach in December 2004, when the people ran away from tsunami wave, tried to save their life. The tsunami destroyed most of Aceh, and landmasses bordering the Indian Ocean, as the effect of Indian Ocean Earthquake that caused by The Indian Plate was subducted by The Burma Plate.
Now, Aceh and other devastated regions have been built and developed. Sure, this diorama connects the feeling of current people with they who were in the tsunami (let’s pray for them).
